* 24-hour No-Reason Refund Service

Hong Kong Yousoft Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") provides a 24-hour no-reason refund service, which starts from the payment time of your subscription to the system service payment plan (hereinafter referred to as the "service plan"). If you are not satisfied with our service plan, please contact us within 24 hours and we will assist you with the refund process.

When applying for a refund, you need to provide the complete service plan name, account name, payment time, and payment order number. If there is suspicion of malicious multiple subscriptions and multiple refunds, we reserve the right to refuse to process the refund.

Our policy lasts for 24 hours. If more than 24 hours have passed since your purchase, we regret to inform you that we cannot provide you with a refund or exchange for other services.

After receiving your refund, we will conduct a check within 3 working days to confirm that the refund process is normal, and we will try our best to fully refund the original payment account within 7 working days. The time required for a refund may vary depending on the processing speed of banks or transfer intermediaries, please be patient.

If you choose to refund, we will not retain your data, nor are we responsible for your data and any information. After the refund is completed, we may delete all your data and information from our system. Please note that once data and information are deleted, we will not be able to recover them.

The Company only provides refund services and does not assume any other form of compensation liability. This policy only applies to the Company`s secretary system products.

The Company reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. In case of any disputes, the latest policy published by the Company shall prevail.
