"User quantity" refers to the number of accounts that can be used by your company`s staff in the secretary system. If several colleagues in your company will use the secretary system, you can create accounts for them to distinguish who has done what in the system and plan their respective roles and responsibilities.
"Customer data" refers to your customer information and one record generally represents a company, which is a record in the Companies directory of the system. Each piece of data you see in this directory counts as one record. Deleted data is not counted.
We will submit customer data according to the "Specification for Submission of Data through Software" provided by the Hong Kong Companies Registry (for details, please refer to https://www.cr.gov.hk/tc/electronic/tpsi/specification.htm). As long as the Hong Kong Companies Registry has opened the corresponding API for us, we will try our best to submit the data of the corresponding form. All functions may be subject to change according to the regulations of the Companies Registry.
